Batman: Arkham City is a third-person action-adventure game based on one of the most popular heroes of comics, cartoons, films and toys, Batman. The game world is five times larger than that of the previous Batman: Arkham Asylum. This time, he will not go into battle alone: the developers have added the ability to play as Catwoman, the sworn opponent of the “Bat”, however, this time, irreconcilable enemies have made an alliance.

Gameplay for Batman and Catwoman is quite different. Bruce Wayne, in the guise of his alter ego, is able to literally soar over the city, like a kite, looking for another victim who has crossed the line of what is permitted. He fights using both his powerful physical strength and the use of special gadgets, while “Cat” relies mainly on his instincts and agility. Among the innovations, it is worth noting a smoke grenade to disorientate enemies, a new detective mode. Separately, the developers highlighted 400 new achievements! Stunning graphics have become noticeably prettier since the release of the previous part, the game world has become several times larger, artificial intelligence has grown wiser, and a non-trivial plot has prepared several non-obvious surprises for you!
