About This Game
Planet of the Apes is an interactive quest game. In Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier we get to know the real events that tell the story of the post-movie, where humanity comes face to face with representatives of the apes for the last time. The fate of every civilization hangs in the balance, and only in your hands lies the definition of mind and consciousness. Who will prevail: a rational animal or a beast guided only by instincts?
In a game where there is room for conquest, the development of human relations, and betrayal, the conflicts created between monkeys and humans fit perfectly, bordering on the mass destruction of the first and second. In The Last Frontier we are shown the final scenes, which we control with just a few buttons, but the whole game is so well rendered that the player will feel like he is in a real movie.
The player will be able to choose any of the parties to the conflict. If you want to play as monkeys, you can call your friends and fight them in cooperative mode in an interactive game where most of the actions are determined by the player’s behavior in a given situation. You will learn the true motives and history of the entire conflict.
There are as many endings in the game as there are characters. If a random private in an army of monkeys takes a rifle and kills one of the members of the human team, then the plot will already turn the other way; the same for people. The more enemy characters you take out of the battle, the more significant the ending will be for the future plot. The developers have identified the two most likely exits from the game in terms of plot: a very shaky world or the beginning of the last, most large-scale war.
